FL10801 File loader for MLX10801

The file loader is a tool for programming a single MLX10801, but can also be used for an in-circuit programming of a module (e.g. the EVB10801).
The tool has been developed for engineering reasons in order to modify the pretrimmed internal Melexis parameter set. It is not intended to be used as a production programmer.
