Dividends

Melexis has paid following gross (interim) dividends: 1999 : 0,30 EUR interim dividend
2002 : 0,50 EUR interim dividend
2003 : 0,50 EUR interim dividend
2004 : 0,28 EUR dividend and 0.72 EUR capital decrease
2005 : 0,50 EUR interim dividend
2006 : 0,50 EUR interim dividend
2007 : 0,60 EUR interim dividend
2008 : 0,60 EUR interim dividend

The Board of Directors decided to pay out a dividend of 0,60 EUR gross per share.  All holders of ordinary shares at the close of the trading hours of Euronext Brussels on Tuesday, October 28th 2008 will be entitled to receive a gross dividend of 0,60 EUR per share. The payment date will be Wednesday October 29th, 2008. The shares of the company will be traded 'ex rights' on Euronext Brussels as of the start of tradery.
